This blog is to invite ALL OF you (CCF or Non-CCF people) to hold October 17th in your calendar. Tricia, Davis and I would be honored and encouraged if you would join us at our church as they commission us for missions to South Africa. The entire day will be meaningful to us on so many levels.Here are the details.
Sunday, October 17th at 10:30am: Commissioning Service
- Missions-focused Worship
- Special Musical Selection
- Message by Bishop Glenn Kauffman
- Special guests of honor
- Commissioning ceremony
Sunday, October 17th at 5:00pm: Sending Banquet
- A wonderful meal
- We'll share more of our vision
- People will share about us and make us cry
- Silent Auction for fundraising
- Open opportunities for support
- Other cool stuff that we're not allowed to know about...
