Hi Pastor Noah, This is very funny. You are not alone. I have set goals year after year only to see myself growing in more ways than one if you know what I mean. It should be so simple. I know the formula -eat less and exercise more. Why is it so hard???? This is a year that I truly have to pray and meditate on versus about how I should treat my body. I also plan to join Weight Watchers for extra accountability. I'll let you know how it goes.
